Privacy notice

This notice covers the enquiry form on plasticsurgery.istanbul. It is written to be read rather than to be legally impenetrable.

What we collect

Only what the form asks for: your name, email address, phone number with country code, and the message you write. Nothing is collected covertly and there are no hidden fields beyond a spam trap that legitimate visitors never fill in.

Why we collect it

To answer your enquiry. Your message describes a medical concern, so it is treated as sensitive: it is shared with the surgeon so he can respond, and with nobody else.

What we do not do

• We do not sell your details, and we do not share them with third-party advertisers.
• We do not add you to a marketing list because you asked a question.
• We do not use your enquiry, your photographs or your case in marketing without asking you separately and explicitly.

How long we keep it

Enquiries are kept while the conversation is live and for a reasonable period afterwards in case you come back to it. Ask us to delete yours and we will.

Your rights

You can ask what we hold about you, ask for it to be corrected, or ask for it to be deleted. Send that request to the same address you were replying to and it will be actioned.

Cookies

This site does not set advertising or tracking cookies. If analytics are added later, this notice will be updated before they go live rather than after.
